Eaton Aeroquip now offers 100R5 crimp fittings to compliment the extensive selection of 100R5 reusable fittings. These are a low cost, lightweight alternative for high-volume applications that do not require field assembled fittings. Unique crimping dies are required for assembly. 100R5 crimp fittings have been designed and tested for use with FC300, 1503, FC234, FC350 and FC355 hose styles. Applications include; hydraulics handling, petroleum base fluids, air brake, oil cooler and diesel fuel. These fittings are available in -4 (1/4") to -32 (2") sizes and have been DOT approved for air brake applications.

Introducing the new Gold Class Roller Lacer from Clipper/Flexco

The new Gold Class Roller Lacer is an easy to use fast and portable lacer for on-site installation of Clipper Wire hooks. With the new Gold Class Lacer the lacer head can be driven be a cordless drill, reducing time and fatigue with installing splices. Improved belt clamping design provides greater holding force for the belt with the same simple operating procedure. New face strip design eliminates the need for locking levers and back up bars. This not only reduces installation steps and time, but also eliminates common repair parts with previous models. 12" additional length to the tool allows the lacer to be secured easier on conveyor structure, such as side wall pans, for greater stability when lacing.
