Our sales force has years of in-field experience working with engineers and process designers.

A wide range of contact material liners and constructions are available for process hose assemblies. These include smooth bore and convoluted PTFE and PFA liners. These can be without reinforcement (tube only) or with a wide range of reinforcement options and coverings. PTFE hose is a common choice for its wide range of chemical compatibilities and can be stainless steel braided, polypropylene braided, stainless steel rubber covered, silicone covered stainless steel braid, hastelloy braid and kynar braided. Anti-static PTFE liners are available for applications in which the risk of an electrostatic charge build-up inside the tube is a possibility. Another common process hose liner is platinum cured silicone hoses. Platinum cured silicone hose constructions include; unbraided, single or double braided, mesh braided and wire reinforced polyester mesh fabric hose.

Fitting options include sanitary tri-clamp, mini sanitary, sanitary step-up, male and female I-line, male cam and groove, female cam and groove with locking handles and flange fittings. PTFE and PFA encapsulated fittings are also commonly used for process application hoses. While stainless steel is most commonly used, other fitting material types are available, please consult customer service to discuss your particular application requirements.
