Additionally, our Aeroquip hydraulic capabilities include: top quality hydraulic adapters in a wide range of configurations and hydraulic hose accessories, like hose support clamps, coils, sleeves and shields and hose cleaning accessories.
Aeroquip also offers an extensive selection of crimp assembly equipment, cut-off saws and reusable hose end installation machines. Hydraulic crimping equipment available includes lightweight portable machines for field service applications up to stationary production crimpers, like the Pro Crimp 1390 machine for all sizes of hydraulic assemblies including large bore requirements.
 In addition to Aeroquip Matchmate hose, we supply AQP hose, A/C and refrigeration hose, wire inserted suction hose, Hi-Pac and Hi-Impulse hose, Everflex PTFE, EPDM, engine and airbrake, LPG hose, silicone rubber coolant/heater hose and the Eaton Synflex line of hose.
We supply hose for large bore high pressure hydraulic service applications. This includes four and six wire high pressure hose in a range of diameters, including operating pressures up to 5000 PSI in 2” diameter hose. A range of fittings from Code 61 and 62 flanges for large bore high pressure applications to low pressure socketless reusable fittings are available.
 An almost limitless amount of end fitting connection types are available in through the cover (TTC) crimp, internal skive crimp, spiral single skive crimp, swage and reusable types. Some of the hose end thread types available include male (MP) and female (FP) pipe, male (MJIC) and female (FJIC) JIC, Female SAE 45o Swivel (FS), Male Boss O-Ring (MB), Male (MR) and Female (FR) ORS Swivel, Male Staplok (SL), male SAE inverted flare (MF), Code 61 & 62 flange (FL & FH), JIS/BSPP Female Swivel (BF), BSP male tapered, BSPT (BT), BSP male parallel (BP), DKO and Komatsu style. Most of these end connection types are available in straight, 45o and 90o elbow configurations.
Aeroquip offers a complete line of hydraulic adapters in various materials such as steel, stainless steel and brass. Fitting configurations include straights, 45o elbows, 90o elbows, tees and crosses. Thread configurations offered include: Pipe, ORS, O-Ring Boss, 37o JIC Flare, NPTF, 45o Flare, Split Flange, British Standard Parallel Pipe (BSPP), British Standard Pipe Tapered (BSPT), Ermeto, Metric and Brazed fittings.
 Hydraulic Quick Disconnect Couplings are available for air, fluid transfer and hydraulic applications. These include arc-latch high pressure couplings, the popular FD45 industrial interchange couplings, HTMA flush face and low spill connect under pressure couplings. Additionally, couplings are available for refrigerant applications, hydraulic farm applications, and special applications, such as drain coupling, oil sampling valve, high pressure/water blast and diagnostic couplings.
The Everflex line of PTFE hose offers many advantages. These include high temperature resistance, excellent flex life, resistance to most chemicals and steam compatibility and non-adhesion. Everflex PTFE hose is ideal for applications that require steam cleaning of an assembly or transfer of highly viscous media such as adhesives, paints or food products. Everflex smooth bore PTFE hose is a proven performer in high-temperature hydraulic and pneumatic systems like those found on steel and paper mills, foundries, truck and bus applications and air compressors.
Eaton Aeroquip manufactures hydraulic swivel joints in elbows and straights with pressure capabilities up to 5000 PSI depending on size and various seal material options available. Eaton also offers the E-Z Clip System for A/C and Refrigeration service. The GH134 multi-refrigerant series of hose is compatible with R404a, HFC 134a, R22 and R407C refrigerant and offers excellent effusion resistance, extended service performance and superior flexibility.
